So, I just want to say how hard feeling suicidal can be and how difficult it can be to tell someone. Telling someone is the best option though. If you feel like your friends and family wont help you because they would think you wont do it anyways, then please go to crisischat.org (if you are located in the US or Canada). For youth, you can go to oregonyouthline.com . They will not judge you or tell you they wont help because you wont actually do it. The feeling of loneliness is hard to go through at any point in time and definitely during this time. Reaching out to someone IS the answer. Also, if you would like to call someone to talk , call 1-800-273-8255 , if you are youth please call 602-248-8336. Stay strong, you CAN do this! I believe in you!!

I'd recommend to seek professional help, or talk to a trust teacher if you still go to school. If you don't know how to contact a therapist/psychologist, maybe the doctor you usually go to can help.

If you feel suicidal, you should seek professional help, no matter what anyone says or believes. Please visit suicide.org, you can find many resources there and Suicide Hotlines for your state or country. How you are feeling is important and should be treated seriously, so please reach out for help and don't let anyone tell you if you'd do it or not.
