I can also relate to this. While I am certainly NOT a professional, and cannot properly diagnose a mental health illness, that is a symptom of social anxiety. I have social anxiety and some of the symptoms are feeling anxious, sweaty, and your heart racing in public, a fear of others judging your every move. There are lots more, so if you think you may have social anxiety, i recommend speaking with a professional to get properly diagnosed. Some ways that can help in these situations are to use grounding techniques such as deep breathing, and using positive affirmations. Lots of love!

I feel uneasy in public places shows that we are feeling anxiety in this area where there are lots of people. this could be because there are lots of people and large crowds cause anxiety or because we are in an area where there are a lot of people that we do not know which in itself could cause anxiety. feeling uneasy shows that our body is uncomfortable and trying to produce a response for the scenario it is in, in this instance it is producing the flight response where it is wanting to get out of the area that is causing its uncomfort
