I work creatively, using the felt sense to guide me with a combination of psychotherapeutic models, neuroscience and intuition, where we can unpick the stories that have bought you to this point. We’ve just started but it’s been a great experience so far. She’s created an open environment for me to express how I’m feeling, what I’m thinking and feel heard. She’s also asked great questions that make me look deep inside to find the answer to help me grow.
