...See more Along the wayward path,  And by the seafoam shores I turned my eyes too look and see,  One set of footprints behind me  With a shattered sob and bleat,  I softly cried to thee "Where did you go oh lord, how could you have left me" While softer than the raging sea And stronger than the ocean breeze A voice then spoke to me "Stop looking in the past, Dear child,  start looking right at me" Down my eyes did drift  Softly i did see On shoulders there I rest, Not the scorching beach My voice a sobbing mess Worse than the bleating sheep "Lord if this is how your shoulders feel, Please never let me leave!"

...See more Bones creak and muscle aches Such a common phrase, to be heard But yet again tonight it rings so true Mind is blank and soul is frayed So unheard and seen, by word and sight Reset systems to default so I may feel whole tonight Not body or essence can stop my faith tonight. That the moon always shines,  The sun always shall rise, And the songs will always be free Not sure what this one is/was but I've been trying for days and been to tired and falling asleep before I can write. . . Anyways my birthday was a couple days ago I'm 20 now yay? Its a bit weird but I has fun.  I also had my first day of lecture classes yesterday, and today was physical practice and it was so tiring my whole body aches T - T  But I am learning so yay Anyways enough rambling about me, yall have a blessed night 🩵

...See more (Trigger warning, depressed character  i think that's it for now might add more later) Back here again, always failing  Back here again, eternal disappointment  Back here again, voice horse from misuse Back here again, guilty broken shoulders Back here again, this place i always find Back here again, I swear it's the last time Back here again, please just let - “auHrghhh!” Londin mutters and throws her pen down. Her head falls back over the chair and she just stares at the ceiling. Her eyes wander to cobwebs all along the corners.  “Great, another thing I have to get done. . ." Her voice is so quiet she can barely hear it herself. A dull vibration from the desk draws her attention, her phone. She doesn't have the will or desire to check it but it's a habit by now.  A small notification bubble shows ‘Please come back your animals miss you :(‘ along with a cow icon. “Just another stupid game I still have.” She says with a sigh before clicking on a different icon.  Music comes to life and colors flash across the screen.  ‘I think my favorite scene was something I was adv-’ swipe ‘It looks lik-’  swipe ‘Which one of you wa-’ swipe ‘What if you jumped off a heli-’ swipe ‘I love it when a guy likes his food. It one of the best things coz then he'll always want to eat and cook with you, but not go crazy on the-’ swipe  ‘People will really just say anything for-’ click  She glances at the clock in the corner of her home screen, 1:58, and ignores the dull sensation in her stomach.  “Fine whatever.” She says while standing up. “And I have work in the morning. . .” Her voice cracks from not drinking any water, and she wishes she could just want to cry like a normal person or at least fall asleep quickly tonight. Walking to her dress she throws her shirt and pants on the floor and grabs an oversized black T-shirt. It looks 3-5 sizes to big on her and has a robotic hand holding a rose.  She falls onto her bed and turns her light off through her phone. Reaching around blindly her hand finally grasps a fluffy large object that she squeezes towards her chest. “Thanks Kyle” She murmurs, squishing the plush bat like it could squeak all her rushing thoughts away.

...See more Idk just writing while listening to classical music, finally managed to get something out of my head and into the world so I'ma actually post it before I lose it My world is piano keys, black and white the stretch foreve Never ending sounds reverberate about me From gentle strums, to cascading booms The keys flutter and press in undulating patterns Never quite how I expect or the sound I want to hear They float larger than life a sounds sharper than the knife that carved them The notes are belting out loud so loud my whole life shakes from their bass It's a wonder you see these keys of mine, they sound and they shake, and write melodies just for me But it seems to be the end of these glossy white piano keys, It's fate you see, to change instruments, to be, a new life agreed.

...See more Trigger warning, death, anger, threats?, old English sorta not really is that even a trigger?? Idk How far doest thou branches stretch  How many leaves shall fetter my view of the sky How much longer shall your roots till and devour my soil  How long will you chock and grapple all life upon my hill How long will your monstrous aura last How long will your filth taint my life How long until you die and wither away Go begone from me join the others  Die and root become lessons and nutrition for my grass to grow For soon I shall barely remember you And when you are gone I'll remove all marks I can of you For the only good you are to me now is the succulent nutrition and life your death shall bring  Wrote this in about 5-10 minutes, did zero reread or spell check or grammar check, I am sure it's so very messy but I am sharing cuz tired and I like seeing other people's messy first thought, process, and drafts so why not share one of mine?

...See more "Softly it opens like the scrolls of old  Gentler tho than even old parchment,  Softer than silken sheets made for Queens  Fuller in colour than a young maidens lips Supported by the strong Eiffel Tower  Yet protected still by a warzone's sharp razer wire  It's beauty to great to be held up above So only with pain will anyone deliver it's love Aroma of beauty not even Paris compares All women adore it for days still unheard Men pay gold over life times just to acquire  Sight of its splendor on their wife's window spire" "Hmmm a fitting repose, for life's wonderful Rose  Such a beautiful flower, I could stare at for hours Gentle sight to behold, a gift in the household Yet this student of life fears she won't ever receive that genuine love revealed their softly falling petals" *The book closes softly as her voice fades away, Eyes ache with longing towards a empty vase.* This was me trying to describe a rose with the stereotypical flowery words (the words used to describe flowers) it was sorta an exercise at first to try to have better writing. But then I felt the need to make it sorta a story, a young poet reading her mentors old book of poems  Thank you any one who read it 🩵

...See more For days I have been walking Haunting steps as I shoulder glass Eyes are droopy, feet numb, arms so shaky  But when I saw a black locust tree Under the moon it's beauty stunned me White flowers shimmer silver under the stars Teary eyes reflect the scene, known only to me Stumbled, shaking, grasping, forth Desperate desire has come to course  To seize this moment's beauty for eternity  Falling, twisting, tumbling down It's decent has a whistling sound My shoulders lighter, my eyes now wide This crystal burden has left my hide Stone road rubs in glass as I kneel But hollow defeat is all I can feel There is no power I have to heal This shattered burden now in my heel I knew a man so long ago, a childs memory so far it's flown An expert craftsman, so wise and known He was my friend so so long ago He gave me the crystal when I was young A foolish boy determined to learn His craft was better than any other Only He can fix my failure  Yet unmoving I still kneel there Memories flood me from then ago His smile and laughter, kindness to my ignorance  He would still accept me, still teach and guide me Lost confusion fills my soul And now I beg and plead and gasp oh please Oh please I want, I need my father Clouds rumble making the stars to tumble They streak and fall and fade away So darkness swallows my fears and day No business left nor life to rest,  just eternal darkness that's now my slumber  This is an older poem I don't remember when I started it and just put some finishing lines in. It probably is obvious where the change is cuz the style probably changed but I don't care just want it out somewhere. Thanks to any who read 🩵
