I’m reaching out because I have very high anxiety at all points of the day, to the point where I overthink a lot and it actually hurts how I feel and can make my partner feel bad too! I want to learn how to deal with overthinking and anxiety in general! Has anyone else had similar experiences or suggestions for tips and tricks to overcome this?

A little about me is I have had friends in the past who have unfortunately went their own paths or I’ve pushed away myself. My current only friend is my partner! ...See more Hey everyone, I’m struggling with a lot of issues in trying to enjoy my hobbies and interests lately, I love to play video games but have felt no desire to play them for a while even though I enjoy them a lot. I have a supportive partner who encourages my hobbies and even offers to enjoy them with me but I find myself overthinking everything and never being able to just free my mind and enjoy time with myself, has anyone felt similar or even have advice?

...See more Hi everyone! I’m new to this platform and I come seeking advice. I’m in my first healthy relationship of my life and I being a 27 year old non binary person and seeking advice about my 28 year old female partner. My partner is very busy sometimes and can not possibly give me every second of the day (who really could?) but she does try her best to communicate as much as possible. When I’m with her everything is so wonderful and amazing! But for some reason when she spends time with certain friends of hers, ones that are notorious for alcoholism and drug use, I tend to overthink and end up hurting my partner’s feelings or making them feel bad.
