...See more My younger sibling has Aspergers with hard OCD, and one of my parents keeps nugging him every minute of every day. My second parent is distant mostly, but he has anger outbursts too and prone to physical violence. Both of my parents trying really hard to get education to my younger sibling, because if he will not go to university, he will be sent to army, and nobody knows what will be with him then. They also care about us and love us. They are willing to give money, ask for professional help, hire personal tutors. They are just not willing to work on their parenting style. Its easier to make child a problem, or ignore the problem completely. I am scared that one day my younger sibling will break and will do something dangerous towards our parents of himself. I suppose its highly unlikely, but I dont know whats in him head. Its crazy that I still cant completely separate myself from this environment financially and emotionaly. There are a lot of skills I dont have, and a lot of fear and shame which oh boy I have. I feel I am getting weaker everyday I witness some of the crap my family is doing.

...See more Currently I have obsessive thoughts: I talk everything that happened to me to my limerent object in my head. I guess I will act weird aroung him next time we will meet (he is my psychiatrist). I suppose I should find another doctor, preferably some politely professional but caring woman. I am not supposed to like my doctor that much, they just should be good enough. But I dont like idea of changing. Also, I almost ceirtanly will just develop limerence for somebody else... And what is the point then. Well, maybe its important to change limerent objects from time to time to not become too attached? I always underenstimate the power of limerence, I never know, how bad it can become...

Technology usage and brain rot

...See more Is anyone here has healthy relationships with technology? I need inspiration. I scroll infinitely at the evening, when I am tired after I have done a good job, or when I am sad I have done a bad job, and when I have a bad morning, and when my friend sent me a video, etcetera. It's a habit I had from young age, and even before YouTube, I was "scrolling" fiction literature non-stop that way. It seems like life passing me by, and no internet blocker or safe is good enough to stop me. How do you do that, how long does it takes, to understand how to be fullfilled offline mostly? To live like normal human in the world outside of Himalayas, just not in the phone all the time?
