...See more Hy, Not sure if it's the right thread, bit anyway. Does anyone have any tip on how to recognise bad feelings? A lot of times, all I know is I feel bad, but I don't know why.. hope you guys understand what I mean. Sometimes I guess a lot of small things happen, that individually don't bother me and are not important to me. But I guess when there are a lot of them together I crash down. Thanks

...See more Hy, I am looking for some more recomendatitons on how to calm myself down, when everything is too much.. What I read is: * Healthy diet - I cook my own food and I eat what I like, more or less on a healthier side, occasional cheat meals * Excersise - I go to gym 4 times a week, I go hiking on the weekends, other days walking, sometimes running, rollerblading, fixing my bike so I can go cycling now * Sleep - I sleep around 7-8 hours a night, don't have much problem falling asleep, but still wake up sometimes tired * Mental well being - i try to occupy my mind during the day, so I don't think bad thoughts.. cooking, reading (a lot these days), cleaning when i feel like it * I am here on this app (thats new) * I started meditating, before I go to bed Does anyone has any more recomendations? Thank you all :)
