How to recognise bad feelings

Hy,

Not sure if it's the right thread, bit anyway.

Does anyone have any tip on how to recognise bad feelings? A lot of times, all I know is I feel bad, but I don't know why.. hope you guys understand what I mean.

Sometimes I guess a lot of small things happen, that individually don't bother me and are not important to me. But I guess when there are a lot of them together I crash down.

Thanks

@AnjaIsMyName94 It becomes a lot easier to manage our feelings when we can name them; a nebulous sense of fearfulness, for example, becomes more negotiable when we can pinpoint it as overwhelm, or anxiety . The 'Feelings Wheel', which was devised by Dr Gloria Wilcox is worth a look, as it helps classify our emotions better

@orangeBirch2278 you're very welcome, orangebirch! I also like the Feelings Wheel 2.0 by Kenneth Smith, which incorporates somatic sensations in with the emotional labels
