...See more Lately I have a lot of social anxiety . I stay in Germany and I have no social circle here .I had started making few friends but then I don't know what happend slowly i started withdrawing meeting people. I don't have a job here and now i kind of lost my self esteem to go out there and give interviews too. I don't know if I'm depressed because I start to cry suddenly. I'm unable to feel connected with my partner too. I feel stuck. I hardly make eye contact with people even when I go out with my partner in public . My partner says I have changed a lot . I want to feel normal again but don't know how to

...See more I remember my childhood a lot nowadays. Mostly negative ones. Like how i was ignored in school and how mom treated me and my brither different. Especially i used to het beaten up my mom when she was teaching me ,but when it was brother she was leneant. And times when cousins.bullied me ,especially mentally.it is actually affecting my current life I feel .I have low esteem and I'm a people pleaser I don't get anything in return ,I'm just a giver . I don't have good career ,feeling lost.
