My anxiety is ruining my relationship

...See more My anxiety is getting worse in my relationship with my fiancé. Feeling insecure like everyday and having a big urge in controlling his activity and it makes him feels like trapped and mad. Need him to reply my chat as fast as possible even when he's busy there.. (We r in long distance relationship). He is a really nice and understanding partner for me. And i know he never gonna cheat on me but my mind was being irrational most of times. I become very jealous, suspicious, and always wondering what's he doing there when he's not replying my chat. I know it all caused by my anxiety but the more i try to keep calm with my thoughts, the more mad i am . like feeling angry and upset toward him and we fight a lot due to my anxiety :( pls help.
