Hello everyone! I'm here to give a safe, non-judgmental space, where you can be yourself with what is going on for you - past. present, future(?). We go where you want to go, at your pace. Anxiety, depression, general mental health support, etc. Please refer to my general list of areas of support. *Providing a few words, of what/why you are seeking support for, when requesting a personal request is very helpful, to try and determine a good fit for support.* I do not respond to personal requests of just "hi" or "hello", without a few words of 'why' you are reaching out (as just stated).
I have lived with GAD, depression, grief throughout my life. I am LGBTQ2S (She/Her, They/Them), trans ally, nominal kink/bdsm aware, sex-positive, pineapple support friendly, First Nations/Indigenous ally (Canada), older persons aware. I have volunteered on a community phone line (LGBTQ-focused, but open to all), assisting callers with a variety of issues. I hope my experience can help with whatever you are facing, no matter how you identify, or whatever you may be facing....anxiety, depression, loneliness, LGBTQ2S, general kink issues, alcohol issues, work /career issues, general mental health, etc., in a supportive environment. I am here to listen & help you through whatever you may be experiencing.
