...See more I don’t know how to tell or express to anyone how I truly feel about anything. I’ve tried telling my middle school counselor(I’m in high school now), and my parents found out the same day. I got grounded for months because I wrote about how I feel. I’ve learned after that experience that I can trust NO ONE with my emotions and feelings; which means that I have no choice but to keep them to myself. I can’t even tell my closest friends. And in the end, I just up biting my hand to cope with my severe anxiety, pain and suffering. I always say I’m fine because I don’t want anyone to catch on to me...

...See more Every time I try to talk to someone new, I end up screwing myself over. By that, I mean that I get really anxious; sweaty palms, panic attacks, feels like something sharp hit my heart, etc. Any suggestions on how I can get rid of that feeling?
