Help...
I don’t know how to tell or express to anyone how I truly feel about anything. I’ve tried telling my middle school counselor(I’m in high school now), and my parents found out the same day. I got grounded for months because I wrote about how I feel. I’ve learned after that experience that I can trust NO ONE with my emotions and feelings; which means that I have no choice but to keep them to myself. I can’t even tell my closest friends. And in the end, I just up biting my hand to cope with my severe anxiety, pain and suffering. I always say I’m fine because I don’t want anyone to catch on to me...

I'm so sorry to hear that your trust has been violated. I am very glad that you are here. That's a big step. Thank you for reaching out. It feels so terrible that someone punished you for being you. That just feels awful. You are safe here. Not only is it a safe place with safe people, but perhaps making it even easier to trust, there is no way that anyone here can trace you back to anyone in your life. I know that you shouldn't have to have such reassurances - people you trust, especially professionals should be professional, but I completely see that this hasn't happened for you.
You are safe here. I promise you that no one will or even can be as reprehensible as those who have betrayed your confidence in the past. Thank you for sharing. I am glad you are here now.
Thank you for your concern. I just need someone who I can trust with my true emotions and someone who won’t inform my parents. But at the same time, I shouldn’t be asking others to help because that would just show how weak I really am...

No one is expected to go through life alone. Humans need each other. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness, it is a sign of responsible humanity. It is important, and you are important. No one here can talk to your parents - it's just not possible. So you are entirely safe here.
