...See more Hello fellow anxiety comrades, uh I’ve never done one of this myself but I thought let’s give it a shot. Recently I came down with really bad physical symptoms of what felt like IBS and frequent heartburn, which I believe have to do alot with the fact that I’ve always been an anxious and panicked person. Well my IBS cleared up but now what ended up happening was the fact that I was left with heartburn and an uncomfortable feeling in my esophagus which is sending my anxiety to new heights at this point I’m feeling hopeless and afraid . I did have my long term listener but it seems like they disappeared. Looking for support in this dark time. Any would be highly appreciated thank you for reading.

...See more Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing good and hanging in there❤️. I myself have been fine, but recently I feel very, very sad. I had a listener who all of a sudden removed his/her account, I considered them a friend. Since Im real life I mostly keep to myself. Around 5 they sent a message but when it was time to see it, it was gone. I guess this things happen in life. Thank you for reading.
