Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing good and hanging in there❤️. I myself have been fine, but recently I feel very, very sad. I had a listener who all of a sudden removed his/her account, I considered them a friend. Since Im real life I mostly keep to myself. Around 5 they sent a message but when it was time to see it, it was gone. I guess this things happen in life. Thank you for reading.

Try to open their profile page by going to My Path> My Progress. If it sayd "Item Removed" it means that 7cups removed their account due to some violation of rules. They might restore it after a while or might not. Keep your fingers crossed. If it says "Account Paused" then it means they deactivated the account for a self care break. They are likely to back after a while. Keep your fingers crossed wither way!
