...See more Whenever I get super anxious I can go days with minimal eating. I tend to find it extremely difficult to eat during these periods of time. I often get nauseous and constantly feel sick. I’ve finally gained back my appetite thank God. However, my weight is still super low. I constantly get comments from others stating how skinny I am and people asking if ive been eating. It really pisses me off when people comment abt how skinny I am. I especially find it annoying when they say they wish they could be as skinny as me. Just because you are not calling me fat it is still body shaming.

...See more I’d always watch shows and they’d show panic attacks or anxiety attacks. I always judged the way they portrayed anxiety. Normally my panic attacks would just consist of the feeling of impending doom. But now… my anxiety feels different. I get this feeling in my chest. Its like butterflies or something. Its feels like a floating feeing it is hard to explain. It isnt necessarily painful it just feels extremely uncomfortable. Then I get the paranoia that I can no longer breathe. Does anyone else get this?
