...See more This is a pretty common problem, but it's still pretty hard. I only have the few friends in my friend group, which is mainly my first friend's friends. Often I can't even go outside because I'm so stressed about what people will think. I tell myself "no one's staring no one's staring" but it won't go away ;w; When I do go out, I'm constantly worried about people's opinions, even though in my mind I KNOW it doesn't matter, my anxiety is like nope haha everyone's staring LOL. That's why for my first eight years of school I wore hoodies and sweatpants. Now, I'm starting to come out of my shell a TINY bit, but it's tiny steps, and I'm still just as nervous as before (nervous is an understatement). Months ago, before the quarantine, I met someone knew and now we are best friends. My anxiety is just as bad as before, but I have better fashion sense now.
