...See more Anyone with endometriosis on here? What do you do to help? I’m in horrible pain to the point I might vomit. I have no idea what to do other than take pain medication and use my heating pad. They had me on birth control too, to see if that would help. And it DID make my periods lighter and less painful, but I had the worst migraines with aura while on the pill and it just felt incompatible with my body in a lot of ways so I stopped taking it.
