...See more Half of the listeners on here start a chat, and then just never respond and it’s just rude and frustrating as all get out, so I’m just wondering why even have a listener account here in the first place if that’s how you behave? It’s so disrespectful and a huge waste of everyone’s time.

...See more I’ve been struggling with stress and a bad attitude at work lately. On my commute home this week, I saw a homeless man. My work is in a struggling part of town so I keep bags in my car from the homeless. I handed it to him and he was thankful. The things I complain about and have become ungrateful and complacent with today, are the very blessings I cried and prayed and trusted God for in a harder prime of my life when I struggled with poverty. Today, a year after crying out to God He has blessed my family with homeownership and a job that gives me the ability to actually see and spend time with my husband and receive medical care. God is good yesterday today and tomorrow and we should always remember the times we call out to Him and he answers us. “Our God is an awesome God, he reigns from heaven above with wisdom, power, and love, our God is an awesome God.”

...See more I wish I meant something to someone. Everyone comes and goes. Even friends/family I’m supposed to be closest with only care when they feel like it. But I remember and care for everyone. I can’t stop caring just because they do. It stings. And it’s very lonely.

...See more My husband struggles with alcoholism and has struggled with drug use in the past (I got him to stop the drugs this year, but the alcoholism is still pretty bad). I just need somewhere I can go to talk about my emotions with all of this when he makes himself sick or misses special moments because of the hangovers etc. It hurts and he’s aware it’s a problem but his self esteem goes to 0 when I bring it up, even gently. I just need help please.

...See more False promises cut deep. It’s like a wound that re opens again and again and again, deeper and more painful each time. Until their word has cheapened to mean absolutely nothing. And you learned to no longer expect anything from them to protect yourself from being disappointed AGAIN.
