Endometriosis
Anyone with endometriosis on here? What do you do to help? I’m in horrible pain to the point I might vomit. I have no idea what to do other than take pain medication and use my heating pad. They had me on birth control too, to see if that would help. And it DID make my periods lighter and less painful, but I had the worst migraines with aura while on the pill and it just felt incompatible with my body in a lot of ways so I stopped taking it.

That's terrible to have to go through and feel no one is listening.
I would continue speaking to my doctor until they found something that worked 💚
That sounds rough, girl! And too bad the BC had such side effects for you... I get hit with pain sometimes. Heating pad(s), HOT soak in a tub, and figuring out which pain meds work best for you...I usually do liquid Advil.

@Daybloom I am now in my 60s. I struggled with endometriosis for literally years. I remember lying in bed curled in the fetal position crying hard, it hurt so bad. Every. Single. Month. I missed work. No one understood. Finally after fighting and fighting I had exploratory abdominal surgery and the offending tissue was caught on camera (I have pictures of it) and obliterated! I was free from pain after that.🙏❤️ And now at my age, it’s all a distant memory!!! I hope you find peace soon🩷❤️🩷
