When / if you're mind goes there during sex... What do u do? Is there a known trick?

...See more When your having sex and for whatever reason, it doesn't matter why, your mind goes to a similar type memory of being abused. It happens to me all the time, most times I can get past it , sometimes no way I can. Is there like known tricks or strategies for not letting that kill the moment and moving past it mentally without skipping a beat?

Why I will always feel disgusting

...See more There are many reasons/ways I feel disgusting but two that have been consuming me lately are 1. There is/was so much documented photo/video of was lot of my abuse that I know has to be online for countless, infinite, evil, perverted people to relive my abuse over and over and over. It is physically impossible to get any/all I that material off the web so I know no matter what I will always be a damaged gross used up thing 2. My nightmares and flashbacks make certain details so vivid and the one that haunts me the most is how absolutely happy and genuinely joyfull all these people were while in the act of abusing me and all while I was a lot of the time crying.i feel like that tainted me and I can never rid myself if that evil . I don't think I'll ever not feel unimaginably gross
