I don't know where to start. I'm mostly terrified of being abandoned but the same goes for letting people in. I have a lot of trauma that I deal with by thinking everyone hates me from the start. To the reader, I have high hopes of meeting you, also will more than likely be afraid that you will abandoned me too

...See more I have a really big problem with self-isolation, even online. Whenever someone feels like a nice person or they are getting close to my inner thoughts, I tend to dissappear. Don't answer my phone, don't look at text or email. It's not that I don't like the person it's just a my immediate reaction. It would be easy to blame it on trauma but my it's just my fault that I run from all forms of relationships I haven't overcome it because of me

...See more I depression has gotten worse over the years. I tend to self isolate and don't know how to share my thoughts anymore verbally and I have pure anxiety of being seen so I haven't left my house in a while. I have a bit of a gripe for therapy because changing my mindset to think happy thoughts is not a switch I can flip. I'm at the point where I'm not looking to go to eternal slumber but if someone offers I'm not going to fight it
