Hi there!<3 I have decided to take a somewhat permanent-hiatus from 7cups for the time being as I feel it's no longer helping me as much as it used it. I'll be checking in from time to time but I won't be here anymore regularly.

Thank you for your understanding and a huge thank you to those who have helped me <3

False Thoughts
Anxiety Support / by DingoCrazy

...See more I don't NOT have OCD, however I do have anxiety. Lately I've been having these thoughts that I was too rough with the two cats I used to own, like not loving them enough, punishing them too harshly or even forgetting to take care of them. I was younger at the time and suffered from anxiety and often forgot to take care of them (luckily my mom stepped in when I forgot), I felt I was too rough with them as well (almost like a toddler or baby would have been) despite being ten or eleven at the time. I know I was still a kid at the time, it's normal for kids to not understand how to be around animals or to make mistakes, I never intended to be rough with them. I treated them like you might treat another sibling, most likely because I was an only child and didn't have another sibling. I apologize for the inconsisntat babbling, my brain has put these thoughts in my head that I used to kick my cats or hit them. I know those things never happened, but for some reason my brain is telling me I'm a horrible human. I know this isn't true. I cried when I had to put them down I felt like I didn't deserve them, I could have been better. Does this sounds familiar to anyone else? I just want to these thoughts to run their course and go away. I may have not been the most loving owner and I could have done much better taking care of them.

...See more I am a hypochondria I'll admit that straight out of the gate, I have a constant fear of cancer especially that can rule my life and cause me unbearable anxiety, where I've accepted I'm dying several times. I just wish I had the reassurance that I was fine but its Easter weekend so I can't get a doctor's appointment. I always think I have cancer, like for my stomach problems I think I have colon or stomach cancer, despite being only 19 and literally have no signs of it, other than stomach problems. But this is different. I've had digestive issues for a while, along with unbearable period pain and cramps between my periods. I have a VERY sensitive stomach and lately I've had a lot of stabbing pains, along with gas and diarrhea and constipation. To the point where I avoid eating, I have all the markers of IBS (I know I am not supposed to google but this is different) Im a young female with mental health problems, all markers of IBS. Ive been tested for Celiac and Crohns, both of those tests came up negative, thankfully. But I still have this problem with eating and its beginning to disrupt my life. I am at my wits end here. As well I have anemia and so much troubles sleeping, its been years since I felt well rested, I am in a constant state of exhaustion, despite taking iron and b12 supplements. Also I might have cysts still which is terrible, I am going to bring this all up to my doctors but I am so worried and tired of having to deal with all of this

PMDD is literally killing me

...See more To keep it brief this year has not been kind to me, emotionally. PMDD is the worst disease in the world, it makes me feel insane, suicidal and downright psychotic because of the insane mood swings. I literally wish I could get my reproductive organs removed entirely (I'm not joking) my periods are painful and thankfully I've been on birth control for awhile and it's kept it in check (I've still been depressed , anxious and hopeless etc.) But I missed a bunch because, well, I'm a moron and things have been spiraling out of control to the point where I've questioned my sanity. I can't take it anymore, I don't care I hate having these feelings ON TOP of the already horribly depressing feelings I deal with daily. It's ruined my life I can't even enjoy my favourite tv show (Supernatural) because I'm so anxious, I'm 5 episodes behind which is insane for me. Please help I no longer know what to do anymore, I feel so alone in this world

...See more For those who don't know what PMDD is here's a page by the Mood Disorders of Ontario that explains it well. (https://www.mooddisorders.ca/faq/premenstrual-dysphoric-disorder-pmdd). It's basically PMS on steroids and is very similar to bi-polar disorder (from my personal experience anyway) basically just before and during my menstrual cycle I feel like my world is falling apart. I just need someone to talk to about it but its pretty rare and no one seems to understand how I feel about this.
