...See more Once again chest feels like someone is squeezing hard in the middle of my chest. How does anyone get through this on a daily basis! I'm struggling here :/ I don't want to go to the ER cause I have no insurance and have little money. I honestly don't know what to do anymore about it.

...See more Here I am feeling anxiety hit my left arm again. I do know it's not anything horrible because I've been to the hospital before and they ran their test everything came back normal as usual. When does the feeling of anxiety go away? When does this madness stop controlling us.
