...See more So technically this is about sleep but I think I may have anxiety too which keeps me up at night and since I can't seem to find a sleeping thread I'll post it here. So, I've been struggling with sleep for a really long time now, at least 6 years I would say but now it's worse than ever. Before I would usually be able to sleep by around 3-5am just before it begins to get light again but now it's gotten to the point where I either can't manage to sleep until about 7-8am or I don't sleep at all. It's bad because I feel like I'm falling behind on my work and I am missing some morning lessons and missing out on doing things with my friends because I'm too tired and irritable or just sad in the day and quite vacant. And when I finally manage to catch up on this sleep I end up sleeping through the day from like 8am until 6pm, dark until dark which becomes quite depressing after a while and I feel like I haven't accomplished anything. Should I seek help? If so, what should I do or where should I go etc? I would be grateful for any advice. Thanks.
