...See more Has anyone done Spravato for depression? I have anxious depression. It's also treatment-resistant, meaning most antidepressants don't help. Is anyone doing Spravato treatment? I'm on my 2nd round.  I've had generalized anxiety all my life, but it's chronic when I have depression.

...See more I've been in the house too long with vision problems and anxiety sometimes turns into panic. I finally got a doctor to help with my vision but I feel like I've had no life for years. I'm going stir-crazy from being stuck for too long.

...See more I was on here a long time ago but too exhausted and anxious to do much. I realize this is a good place to be for me lately. It’s been a rough 7 years of insomnia and been my exhausted. The ongoing panic/anxiety has made me feel I’m losing my mind. I need to talk to others with these problems. I’ve been isolating for many years ever since Covid. Sorry this is such a long message
