...See more Has anyone done Spravato for depression? I have anxious depression. It's also treatment-resistant, meaning most antidepressants don't help. Is anyone doing Spravato treatment? I'm on my 2nd round.  I've had generalized anxiety all my life, but it's chronic when I have depression.

The ongoing panic/anxiety has made me feel I’m losing my mind. I need to talk to others with these problems. I’ve been isolating for many years ever since Covid. Sorry this is such a long message
