Brother refuses to get professional therapy

...See more Hi, this is my first post here and I don't really know what to expect. I myself have an autoimmune condition and I struggles with my health both at a physical and a mental level. However, I had kind of learnt how to manage it. My brother, who has been clinically depressed since our childhood, has been struggling a lot lately mainly with panic, anxiety attacks. I have been listening to him vent for almost 5 years, which most of the times was about suicide. But whenever I pointed out to him the solution, he gets angry and frustrated and lashes out. He refuses to seek therapy under any circumstances. With my illness, even speaking to him has become more of a pain trigger for me. I have started getting anxiety attacks again. I have no idea how to cope with this.

...See more Hey guys, this is my first entry here. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia a year ago after struggling with my symptoms and hospital visits of 4 years. I tried accepting for what my life was going to be like but whenever I have a pain flare-up, despair takes over and I am so tired of keeping up with everything. The exhaustion is suffocating. I get bed ridden whenever I have a bad episode which makes everything so challenging. I have a supportive family but when in pain, nothing really makes sense anymore.
