...See more Today is the first time in almost 13 years that I have felt like I needed to burn myself, It All Leads back to my depression and stress I know this but I don't feel like I'm stressed out that bad and my depressions pretty much under "control" as they would put it, but it's terrifying and I don't know what the trigger was I have a friend coming over the help me deal with it but until then I've been sitting here like trying to stay away from anything I could possibly use to burn my legs like I used to. Just need to stay strong until she gets here.

...See more Hello my name is Jade and I'm new to 7cups.... bit about me. I'm 29 and have been struggling with depression since... what feels like forever, I'm not exactly sure when it started but it's hard to cope with most days, it affects my life constantly and I don't live around my family (my parents) I only have my husband's family and they aren't much help, I do see a professional however it doesn't seem like enough like maybe she doesn't understand enough? Sorry I'm rambling here but you get the point
