Feeling so alone and scared

...See more So, things haven't been going well for a long time. I've been off work for 1 1/2 years for health reasons, my job has just informed me that they have restructured and my position was eliminated. Now my insurance is cancelled, and I don't have any income. I live alone, don't have any friends or family, and social anxiety has me trapped inside my house. I'm afraid to even go in my yard because every time I do, my neighbour starts criticizing me for falling behind on maintenance (which is not helping). I have no idea what to do. I keep trying to find help and/or resources to start getting beyond the CPTSD walls that have me confined but without income or insurance....... Problem solving is not one of my strong suits and I really need some. Would anyone have any suggestions for where I might find that kind of help (I'min Ontario)? Or would anyone be willing to chat and help me find some hope that somewhere inside of me there is something worthwhile?

Not sure what to do

...See more TLDR: It feels as though Murphy's Law is trailing my life like toilet paper eternally stuck to my shoe. Growing up, I would tell myself things will get better when you get older. The bad luck will eventually end. You'll meet someone who will finally show you some kindness. Fast forward to now, at 49 I'm more scared than ever what tomorrow will bring. I wait until 3 am to take out the garbage, and don't go outside my house unless absolutely necessary. Someone once told me that I have the luck of a dead elephant. At the time, I laughed it off. There was some truth in those words though. Let's take the last 18 months. Extreme SA (leaving me disabled), 12 months of being given the wrong medication (8 by Dr, 4 by pharmacy), beloved pet of 15 years crossed the bridge, someone smashed a window on my house, tried to get a therapist and was told they are unable to help me, had people spy on me, threaten, and invade my privacy, and 2 separate medical issues (non related to SA), to name a few. Being single, never married, no children or siblings, and not having any friends it has been a very lonely time dealing with these struggles. Compounded by the fact that due to the medical problems I've had to be off work. Something that has been a beacon for me has been the anticipation of getting back to work. Today was the day. Meeting was scheduled for 8am with my new boss (new since I've been off). Turns out they restructured while I was off and my position no longer exists. But I kept my smile for 98% of the meeting. Could really use a friend, some kind words, or encouragement right now. It's been a year since I've had anyone to talk to who wasn't doctor. Thank you for reading.
