...See more I feel selfish when explaining my emotions …. And after a while it gets tiring repetition…. I’m 20 and my life seems to go through the same phase over and over again …. I just don’t know anymore ….. anxiety is tiring 😮‍💨

...See more Hello recently my panic attacks have been lasting longer than 30 mins almost the whole day I am a dizzy and life seems different …. Untolerable ..!!!! Right now I’m awake struggling to catch my breath and my whole chest is warm aswell as my body …. It’s so warm it hurts

...See more I’m losing my mind slowly …. I used to feel like a rihno and now have been reduced to a mouse …. I don’t see the world the same as I used to everything around me has changed the air feels different …. I look into peoples eyes but see nothing and this scares me…. I have fevers and insomnia and when left alone I panic /…. Am I the only one out there who feels this way ?

...See more Lately I’ve been dealing with serious anxiety attacks …. Recently ended up in the ER never thought it would go that far …. I’m trying to nurse myself back to health but find it hard ….. it’s hard to because my parents are toxic …. They want to resume everything back to normal ….. But I’m trying to find myself I dont think they understand
