Anxiety and Panic :(

...See more Hello everyone, I have recently been really struggling with anxiety, panic, and depression. Just before Thanksgiving I had my first severe panic attack and nothing has been the same sense. I have left my job, moved back to my parents house, been in and out of the ER, found out about a small issue with my heart. Now I’m in an outpatient therapy program and I still feel so scared and alone and like I don’t know who I am. I feel lost and like I’m not good enough and everything from getting into a car to walking out the front door terrifies me and I’m always scared of everything. The fake wall I had built of confidence around me is gone and I’m crumbling so that’s a bit of my story and who I am.
