I'm a young person with struggles like anyone else. I enjoy skateboarding and photography. I don't feel comfortable with an in person or vocal related therapist so I decided to try this out.

-Anxiety (general and social)

I can't lose weight, please help

...See more A few years ago I was suffering through terrible anxiety induced acid reflux that constantly made me sick to my stomach, I couldn't eat anything without feeling nauseous so I'd only ever take a couple bites at dinner. After starting some medications to help with my anxiety my acid reflux stopped and I started eating an average portion of food. To this day I have gained 70lbs and am now overweight. I am not happy at this body size as it causes me physical and mental discomfort, if I lose those 70lbs I'd be the ideal body weight for my age/height. I've tried calorie deficits, walking, and working out and nothing seems to do any work, I'm eating about 1000 calories a day and walk about a mile. At this point I want to start starving myself to lose weight but I don't want to cause health issues. I'm just looking for advice from anyone who has gone through something similar. Please.

...See more Hi, I'm a 17(almost 18) year old female. I've been looking for a job for almost 2 years and have only had a couple interviews. I am an early gead from highschool, have 40+ volunteer hours and am part of a leadership group. I have a resume that goes I to my dual enrollment college classes, details on my volunteering and a great reference listed. I have applied to practically everywhere within a 40minute radius everything from fast food server to clinic receptionist. Am I doing anything wrong? It's really stressing me out not having a job since I graduated in December. Does anyone have advice?
