...See more How do you define the difference between abuse and bad choices? Is a relationship with a 30 year age difference abusive? 18 and 47. Is that wrong no matter what? What if they were your teacher? I feel like the word abuse is so elusive in this situation because 18 is technically an adult. What if it hurts like abuse but you can only blame yourself? What if the teacher asked if they were hurting you and you said no? Can that still be abuse? I don't feel like I've earned the right to declare abuse. What if I'm just fucked up and made bad decisions? With victims of rape it's obvious that is abuse... But what about when a student is an adult technically and sleeps with their 46 year old teacher? What the fuck do you call that? Can I even deserve to feel bad about that? I feel so alone and like a creep. Why was I so dumb?

...See more Is it assault if I was 17 and she was 47 and my teacher in high school? I said it was okay and that she wasn't hurting me. So how can I blame her? I feel so terrible and it feels like it's my fault. Is it my fault? And why do I feel so used if it was? I'm so lost. I'm the guilty victim. Why did I go along with it? And why am I missing so many memories?
