Bio

I am a compassionate and attentive listener who values creating a safe, non-judgmental space for people to express themselves freely.

I believe that everyone deserves to be heard, understood, and supported especially in moments when life feels overwhelming or unclear. My role here is to listen with patience, empathy, and care, without rushing to judge or offer pressure, but to help you feel seen and supported through your thoughts and emotions.

I enjoy meaningful conversations and I am committed to being present for people who just need someone to talk to. Whether you are going through stress, confusion, loneliness, or emotional pain, I am here to walk with you through it by offering a calm and understanding space.

I respect privacy, boundaries, and every individual’s personal journey. You are welcome here just as you are.

Love is not a switch. Stop turning people on when you need them and off when you don’t. Consistency is love.

...See more A relationship is not a light switch. You can’t keep turning someone on when you need them and off when you don’t. If you truly care about someone, be consistent. Don’t disappear for days, then come back acting like nothing happened. Don’t give attention today and silence tomorrow. Love grows where there is consistency, trust, and communication not confusion. If someone only shows up when it’s convenient for them, you have every right to protect your peace. You deserve someone who chooses you every day, not only when it’s comfortable for them. Stop Switching Me On and Off.

Heal Your Ego, Not Your Revenge
Relationship Stress / by Haventalk

...See more Some people spend too much time hoping others will regret losing them. But the truth is, life goes on. People lose friends, relationships, and loved ones every day, yet they keep moving forward. You are important, but you are not the reason someone else can or cannot live their life. Stop expecting people to suffer because they no longer have access to you. That kind of mindset only keeps you stuck. Instead, focus on becoming a better person. Build your life, chase your goals, and protect your peace. That is far more rewarding than waiting for someone to realize what they lost. And if something bad happens to someone you no longer talk to, don’t be quick to call it karma. Not everything that happens is because of what they did to you. Life has its own ups and downs for everyone. Pray for people, wish them well, and keep moving forward. The best way to win in life is not by watching others fall, but by becoming the best version of yourself.

The Pain Nobody Sees
Relationship Stress / by Haventalk
Last post

...See more The funny thing about pain is that it doesn’t always cry. Sometimes it goes to work. Sometimes it cooks, smiles, laughs, posts pictures, and replies to messages. Nobody notices it because it has learned how to dress well. But no matter how long you hide it, pain has a way of asking for attention. And until you face it, it keeps speaking through your fear, your silence, your anger, your trust issues, and the walls you’ve built around your heart. Maybe it’s time to stop pretending you don’t need healing. Maybe it’s time to go Beyond The Pain. A healing conversation is coming. Not to judge you. Not to force you to tell your story. But to remind you that healing is possible, and you don’t have to carry everything alone anymore. Beyond The Pain… A Healing Conversation. Your healing can begin with one honest conversation.

Who Checks on the Strong One?
Relationship Stress / by Haventalk

...See more Some people have mastered the art of saying, “I’m fine,” even when they’re falling apart inside. You encourage them. You pray with them. You comfort them. You carry their burdens without complaining. But let me ask you… Who do you run to when your own heart is heavy? Who listens to you without judging you? Who checks on you without you having to ask? Who reminds you that you don’t always have to be the strong one? Sometimes, the people who carry everyone else are quietly carrying the heaviest burdens. If you’re that person, please don’t suffer in silence. You deserve a safe place too. You deserve someone who will listen, understand, and remind you that it’s okay to lean on others sometimes. Even the strongest hearts need a place to rest.

The Right Person Won’t Make You Earn Basic Respect
7 Cups Online Therapy / by Haventalk

...See more One of the biggest mistakes people make in relationships is confusing effort with struggle. Yes, relationships require work. But they shouldn’t require you to constantly fight for attention, beg to be heard, or prove that your feelings matter. The right person may not be perfect. They may make mistakes. They may not always know the right thing to say. But they will care enough to listen, learn, and try. A relationship should feel like a safe place, not a battlefield. If someone truly values you, respect won’t be something you have to earn over and over again. It will be something they choose to give.

Not Every Relationship Ends Because Love Died
7 Cups Online Therapy / by Haventalk

...See more The truth is, love is important, but love alone is not enough. A healthy relationship also needs effort, communication, respect, emotional safety, and consistency. You shouldn’t have to constantly convince someone to care about your feelings. You shouldn’t have to shrink yourself just to keep the peace. And you shouldn’t lose yourself while trying to hold on to someone else. If you’re in a relationship right now, ask yourself: “Do I feel loved, or do I just feel attached?” Sometimes that question changes everything. What do you think is the most overlooked ingredient in a healthy relationship? I’d love to hear your thoughts.
