Not Every Relationship Ends Because Love Died

The truth is, love is important, but love alone is not enough.

A healthy relationship also needs effort, communication, respect, emotional safety, and consistency.

You shouldn’t have to constantly convince someone to care about your feelings.

You shouldn’t have to shrink yourself just to keep the peace.

And you shouldn’t lose yourself while trying to hold on to someone else.

If you’re in a relationship right now, ask yourself:

“Do I feel loved, or do I just feel attached?”

Sometimes that question changes everything.

What do you think is the most overlooked ingredient in a healthy relationship?

I’d love to hear your thoughts.

@Haventalk

Sometimes people drag things out that doesn't serve them simply because they cannot communicate 🩷
