The Right Person Won’t Make You Earn Basic Respect
One of the biggest mistakes people make in relationships is confusing effort with struggle.
Yes, relationships require work.
But they shouldn’t require you to constantly fight for attention, beg to be heard, or prove that your feelings matter.
The right person may not be perfect.
They may make mistakes.
They may not always know the right thing to say.
But they will care enough to listen, learn, and try.
A relationship should feel like a safe place, not a battlefield.
If someone truly values you, respect won’t be something you have to earn over and over again.
It will be something they choose to give.

Rightly said!💙
I love it whenever people bring out the right topic! @Haventalk Thanks a lot for sharing that. I totally agree with you. Respect is the basic requirement of any relationship and people who make you beg for it are not right.
I hope that your words change someone's perspective out there, someone who is uncertain in their relationship.
Have a nice day!!

What a truly authentically beautiful thing to say. Thank you. And I agree with you ❤️❤️
Oh I love you that was said, strong, firm yet beautiful. Yes respect should not be earned yet easily given for any relationship to work. Love and respect are different but they certainly walk together. Without one of tgem, the other don’t matter. Yes love isn’t love if a foundation of respect does not exist. Please don’t get them confused. Many can cross your boundaries using your love. I hate to say this but that’s what many does
