Career-focused and self development for depressed and traumatised people?

...See more Hey guys! I myself am depressed, addicted to porn and weed, and very traumatised for many things that happened in my early life. Still, for a long time, I was very career focused and built a business that worked well for 2 years. After these years depression and addiction hit again and made my business fail completely. This increased my depression, fear, anxiety and addictions or self sabotaging. I’m kinda lost and confused and I’m lacking life purpose. Now I’m in my late 20s, feeling like a complete failure and having lost almost all my friends and acquittances for focusing too much on building a business. If there’s someone in a similar situation, I’d love to connect and support/motivate/coach each other and hold each other accountable. Let’s create a friends group with likeminded individuals! ...See more Not sure if someone will even care about this.. but lately I feel I can’t handle it anymore. I had a very difficult childhood and teenage where I was constantly bullied, depressed, abused… I started finding my copy mechanisms on the streets: weed, drugs, alcohol and abusive sex. I just wanted to feel loved and respected. When I entered my 20s I moved out my hometown and life started getting slightly better over the years. When I finished uni I started a business that lasted 2 years, but now it failed, I’m in my late 20s and I’m feeling worse than ever. I didn’t cultivate my relationships enough for the past 2 years because I was solely focused on my career and now I’m also lonely, addicted and depressed.

...See more I feel like a failure. I’m in my late 20s and I’m so overwhelmed my society pressure and expectations. I’ve been going through a depression since I’m a teen. For two years I was building a business but now it felt and I feel worse than ever. I have several addictions that are sabotaging me but they’ve been my coping mechanism for many years so it doesn’t seem to get any better. Someone else going through something similar?
