Learning Unconditional Presence (Deep Listening Without Quick Judgment) from Doraemon

...See more When Nobita comes running home crying about another failure, Doraemon's first instinct isn't to push him away or tell him to "suck it up", Doraemon offers a non-judgmental space to vent. Adult lesson: in relationship and workplace dynamics, we often rush to fix people or critique their feelings. Doraemon reminds us that simply holding space and listening attentively is often the most therapeutic response to someone in distress.

When you feel like giving up
General Support / by HoaMatTroi

...See more When you fall into a state of feeling discouraged, wanting to do absolutely nothing, and just feeling like giving up on everything, know that what you are experiencing is a deeply human feeling. No matter how strong or grounded we are, there are moments when we feel completely depleted, loose our sense of direction, and simply want to let go of everything. When your inner fire temporarily goes out, forcing yourself to "be positive" or "keep pushing" can sometimes just leave you more exhausted. Instead, try approaching this state with gentler attitude toward yourself.

...See more Vienna - Song lyrics by Billy Joel Slow down, you're doing fine You can't be everything you wanna be before your time Although it's so romantic on the borderline tonight, tonight Too bad, but it's the life you lead You're so ahead of yourself, that you forgot what you need Though you can see when you're wrong You know you can't always see when you're right You're right You've got your passion, you've got your pride But don't you know that only fools are satisfied? Dream on, but don't imagine they'll all come true, ooh When will you realize Vienna waits for you?

Give yourself permission to break down, what's the harm?

...See more What do you do when you fall into a state of uncertainty, vagueness, anxiety, and insecurity? Clearly, it is the result of a long process of accumulation. You feel exhausted from trying to stay optimistic, working hard, and constantly reminding yourself of good and meaningful things. You expect a positive outcome to come your way, but it hasn’t arrived yet. Fatigue sets in, and you just want to give up, with no desire to keep going. You find yourself sinking into an inescapable vortex of anxiety. At times like this, you don't need to force yourself to do anything. Don't try to force positive thoughts about yourself and everything around you. Just let yourself sink into that negative spiral. However, always remain aware that you are in that state. Observe your emotional storms closely, and always be conscious of where you stand in the situation. This will prevent you from being swallowed whole by that powerful negative vortex. Protect yourself by: * Staying in a safe space or in nature, where healing energy flows. This will help raise your high-energy frequency against the wave of negative energy created by your own mind. * Moving your body, such as walking or jogging, which is also a way to activate energy and combat the sluggishness of both body and mind. * If you have a religious faith, go to a temple, church, or shrine, sit there in silence, or talk to the higher power that protects you. Pour your heart out. Or, you can pray. Everyone has to go through these difficult phases a few times in life. Always keep faith in yourself and try to overcome it.

The core postures and their meanings

...See more Reading posture isn't about being a mind reader - it's about noticing baseline habits and sudden shifts. In psychology and communication, posture generally falls into two categories: Open vs. Closed (which signals comfort and threat levels) and High vs. Low Power (which signals confidence and status).
