...See more Today is my 19th birthday and my worst bc both of my biceps hurt so much from a workout i did 2 days ago and i can't even stretch them properly. my mental health is also struggling really badly with depression and also keep worrying about college which i start next week. i have been sitting alone in my room all day and im very sad about it. i wasn't expecting this day to be that good but its literally the worst day of the month. i just wish my mind could shut up and i had a supportive group of people to be around.

...See more i am struggling really badly with loneliness and sadness because i have no strong friendships and i desperately want to make friends and find a girlfriend but i have been trying for months and its not working. i am afriad of how long im going to be alone for and i dont know what to do. i am not close with my family at all to talk about this stuff and im experiencing so many emotions and intrusive thoughts. i really wish i had people to socialize with on a daily basis and im scared for any possibe chance i might become depressed because i was depressed recently but i recovered through therapy, however my insane isolation is consistently making me sad now and i just have so many fears and negative feelings about all this. i dont know what to do, i just REALLY want a support system

...See more There is a person i have romantic feelings for but i can't be in a relationship with then because they are already in one and much older than me. im not going to say who they are but i have had a crush on them for over a year now and i constantly think about them and wish i could just marry her. she is so kind, caring, and attractive but i will never have her and this makes my depression and feelings of isolation worse. its especially bad because i dont have any friends or support to turn to other than my weekly therapist but she doesnt help much

...See more I cannot go out in public without thinking of everything that could go wrong. and i feel a sense of embarrassment when walking in public. talking to someone 1 on 1 isn't that bad but when im outnumbered i cant speak a word out of my mind.
