The Academy continues to flourish through the dedication of trainees, the guidance of mentors, and the support of leaders who help make every step feel possible. Growth is often found in the little moments. It may be asking a question when you feel unsure, offering support to a fellow trainee, stepping outside your comfort zone, or showing up with determination even when challenges arise. These moments may seem small, but together they create progress worth celebrating. Every achievement begins with a willingness to keep moving forward. Whether it's completing a lesson, supporting a fellow trainee, asking thoughtful questions, or offering encouragement, each contribution helps strengthen our community. As we welcome October, we celebrate those who make the Academy a place of kindness, learning, and inspiration for everyone. As we welcome this new season, we take a moment to appreciate the individuals who make the Academy such a positive and uplifting space. I have had them help me through three whole programs - the Internship, QLP and LDP. Everytime they are the one to be a reliable support for me. I ask so many doubts but they are always quick to respond with clear answers. They are the reason I was able to clear these many programs. They never delay for more than a day. If I leave a doubt one morning, I have full confidence there is a response by evening. They are composed and their nature comes off as a calm and grounded. They stay on what needs to be done instead of deviating and they are never a source of confusion for me. I love their work style of short and clear responses that are quick, and to the point. Even though my interaction with them has been fully to the point, I still feel very highly about them. They deserve this award for doing the reliable work behind the scenes to bring others up. To nominate someone, they must have directly supported you during your academy journey and be affiliated with the academy. ✔️ Mentors and team leads are also encouraged to nominate fellow mentors or leaders who have excelled in their roles. ❓ Who can nominate: Any trainee may nominate someone affiliated with the academy—this includes trainees, alumni, mentors, mentor leaders, and ambassadors. The nominee must have played a direct role in supporting your academy experience. While the world outside may still feel chilly, our Academy continues to radiate warmth through shared learning, mutual support, and the steady heartbeat of community. This month invites us to celebrate the bonds we’ve built and the relationships that help us grow, the mentors who guide us by walking beside us through clarity, the trainees who persevere while showing courage, and the leaders who keep our Academy thriving and our community grounded. Like the first blooms pushing through winter frost, each of your contributions brings something special in the form of resilience, hope, and heart to this space among so many other aspects. Each of you brings heart and dedication to this space that reminds us that growth is not just a process — it’s a shared journey making it a place where growth truly is able to thrive continually. She has been processing academy courses with no delays with a consistent sense of urgency. She is also always on top of Internship certificates. She is very responsible, moves with a sense or urgency and is always quick to support trainees. I am grateful that she is a part of 7 Cups Academy Leadership Team! Ivy229 * She deserves the nomination because she is very knowledgeable, professional, has fast response time and supported me through my questions helping me in my internship easily in the beginning when I was quite confused  * She checks in on me consistently making sure I understand every step of the program. Her positivity is contagious, and her encouragement keeps me going and enables me to stay on track while gaining a lot of valuable skills that will help me as a listener. Every message feels warm, uplifting and thought out with attention, care and dedication.  * @Ivy229 deserves an award because she selflessly invested her time, knowledge, and care into guiding me and others toward growth and confidence. All of my questions were answered and I now understand my role. They took all of that time out of their day just to sit with me and gently explain everything.
