I am a stay at home mom of 3 in my 30s.

I am a a helper, to the point where I consider it a flaw in my personality. I need to feel like I’m constantly helping people! I have struggled with anxiety/depression since I was a teen and know how hard that struggle is.

...See more Im just getting back into going to the gym after having my son 8 months ago. I was a 6 day a week workouter before getting pregnant and Im finding it so hard to get up the motivation to go now!
