Bio
I’m a psychology grad student training to become a clinical psychologist. I'm also a trauma survivor who's been through extensive therapy for Dissociative Disorder. Healing wasn’t linear, and it wasn’t easy, but it taught me how deeply people need safety, understanding, and someone who gets it.
My mission is to help trauma survivors and dissociative individuals reconnect with themselves, especially those who can’t access therapy or live in spaces where mental health isn’t safe to talk about. I also speak openly about ADHD, neurodivergence, and the impact of bullying—both in-person and online. Cyberbullying and digital harassment are often brushed off, but they can be just as damaging, especially for those who are already struggling.
I’m here for the people who feel invisible. The ones who mask their pain to survive. Everyone deserves support, no matter where they are in their healing.
