...See more I have gained 120 pounds because of my anxiety. Food calmed my nerves. When I have no access to food, I panic. Food is like a medicine. Or even an addictive drug. I feel so good consuming it. Even if I'm physically ill, my mind is calmed for awhile. Nothing can calm me like food does. I want something to help me feel that much better. I have a struggle finding it...
