I'm so happy you've found me on 7 Cups of Tea. 

I'm a 25 year old verified active listener and I love talking to and supporting people who are struggling with life. I've been on 7cups for a while now and enjoy the work we do together. I have been through a lot in my own life and like to use personal experience to help relate to your issues.

About chatting with me:

I am a part of the LGBTQ community and enjoy taking chats regarding LGBTQ topics. I also have personal experience with topics such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationships and codependency (as well as non monogamous/polyamorous relationships), borderline personality, OCD, PTSD, women's issues, chronic pain and physical disabilities, and self harm. I accept a variety of chats both within these issues and outside of these issues and have education in social work. My chats are up to 1 hour in length. Unfortunately I cannot offer ongoing support at this time.  

About Me: 

In my free time I enjoy painting, playing board games, spending time in nature, and volunteering. I also love to dance, read, spend time at the library, swim, and hike. I love school and am majoring in both social work and sociology, my goal is to soon graduate and join the Peace Corps.

...See more Hey guys! I'm kait, I've been a listener on 7cups for a while now, and have just recently begun exploring the forums! Anyways, I've been diagnosed w/ bpd and have been in a DBT program for about 6 months now, so if you're curious about DBT or want to learn a little more about it, I'd love to talk to you!!
