...See more Seems like for the last few years I've been in search of true happiness, failing to realize that happiness starts within. It's been very hard to grasp that emotion and pull it towards me and never let it go. I'm physically and mentally exhausted, pushing through life with a fake smile 😃 it's getting harder to mask my true emotions. I'll survive, because I have no choice. Happy Thursday

...See more Hi I'm new on here. I suffer from chronic anxiety disorder, overthinking, chronic stress, & poor sleep. I feel so alone even in a room full of people. I'm always in my head,  in my thoughts, negative thoughts come and I try to cast them out by staying as positive as I can. Its so hard to fake being okay
