...See more I'm worried because the last two days i'd been having panic attacks, one next to the other. Yesterday i was so bad that i really think that i would have yo be hospitalised at a psiquiatrist hospital. I started to really really lose my mind and think and do things with no sense at all. Get out of that stage was almost imposible but at the end i could sleep a little. But today i'm still at the limit, i have fear that today will be the same. I have an obsession with measure my arterial pressure and heart beat. If you're reading this i really wish you a life without panic disorder, or at least reduced to their minimum. We can get it out of this.
