I'm worried because the last two days i'd been having panic attacks, one next to the other. Yesterday i was so bad that i really think that i would have yo be hospitalised at a psiquiatrist hospital. I started to really really lose my mind and think and do things with no sense at all. Get out of that stage was almost imposible but at the end i could sleep a little. But today i'm still at the limit, i have fear that today will be the same. I have an obsession with measure my arterial pressure and heart beat.

If you're reading this i really wish you a life without panic disorder, or at least reduced to their minimum. We can get it out of this.

I'm sorry that you have been dealing with this @Leonardthethird. I personally haven't had a panic attack last for so long. But I know how drained I feel after I have one so I can't imagine the exhaustion your mind and body is going through.

https://www.7cups.com/forum/AnxietySupport_53/AnxietySupportResources_412/AnxietySupportResourcesMasterpost_218540/ I hope that some of the strategies listed in this master post allows you to find a way to ease the panic attacks so they aren't so violent, so they aren't so consistent, and so they aren't so persistent.

If the attacks are still unmanageable, there is no shame is seeking help from a professional. You shouldn't be afraid to go to the doctors if these attacks are persistent. You shouldn't be afraid to ask for medication if there is something than can help.

I hope you are feeling better today. Keep us updated so we can keep helping while you deal with this. You aren't alone in this.
