What do you think is the cause of such mental behavior in the first place - problems with eating behavior or psychological stress that causes a response? This may be important. I myself am a supporter of natural healing. There is an option to use natural ingredients before the main meal - https://weedzy.co.uk/product-category/hash/ This will cause appetite and help calm down. Honestly, if the psychological reasons outweigh then find the starting point of loss of comfort. This may help with further therapy. You can do it yourself to speed up the process.
