...See more hello.. advice needed i have been recently diagnosed with autoimmune diseases about 6 months ago, I have told my best friend every thing since the start but now my illness is getting worse and already caused other problems I feel like I cant tell anything because her aunt has MS and she cries a lot because shes loves her ( We are all praying so much ) and I feel bad for whenever I open a health topic because I dont want her to worry and more affected I thought about not telling her anything but she keeps asking I really dont know what to do how should I talk about it I dont want it to go the wrong way

...See more Trigger warning or so I was severely sexually abused about 2/12 to 3 years ago I tied to tell someone I told my school conseuler and my head of my class and they did nothing and blamed it on me. I moved out of town where it happend after that I thought I was safer and I just forced myself to forget. it happend again but by different people and I still see them and stuff now I get panic attracts when a person just puts their hand on my shoulder or hugs me its ruin my relationships with everyone i still blame everything on myself and the fact that no one knows but my close friend who barely understands it
