I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in early january after a couple years of trying to figure out what was wrong with me. i still havent told anyone except my family, and i dont know how to talk to my friends about it. every time i try to bring it up im met with something along the lines of being told that everyone is tired/sore and i need to stop complying and over reacting. i honestly dont know how to explain it and im scared that they wont understand. does anyone have any tips on how to tell people about a health issue thats impacting your life? im 18 if that matters. thanks.
