Trigger warning or so

I was severely sexually abused about 2/12 to 3 years ago I tied to tell someone I told my school conseuler and my head of my class and they did nothing and blamed it on me. I moved out of town where it happend after that I thought I was safer and I just forced myself to forget.

it happend again but by different people and I still see them and stuff

now I get panic attracts when a person just puts their hand on my shoulder or hugs me its ruin my relationships with everyone

i still blame everything on myself and the fact that no one knows but my close friend who barely understands it

@Lilacstars11

there is a behavioral therapy technique you might be interested in trying called systematic desensitization thats proven to eliminate or greatly reduce anxiety and panic attacks by essentially creating new associations with the trigger (human touch) systematic desensitization usually starts with imagining yourself in a progression of fearful situations and using relaxation strategies that compete with anxiety. Once you can successfully manage your anxiety while imagining fearful events, you can use the technique in real life situations. The goal of the process is to become gradually desensitized to the triggers

you can start learning about it here > https://www.verywellmind.com/systematic-desensitization-2584317

also im a listener here if you would like to message me or would rather just chat here thats fine too
